Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No problem!
- You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped or produced, and we’ll issue a full refund.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns Policy
We accept product returns within 30 natural days of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: All products must be intact, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them, with all accessories attached and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
- Shipping: Please provide us with a trackable shipping method when returning items.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:
- Damage caused by customers: Items that are damaged, stained, or altered after delivery.
- Final sale items: Products purchased during a promotional event.
- Free gifts: Complimentary items received with your order.
- Unauthorized returns: Items returned without prior approval or a proper return request.
Note: If none of the return conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we cannot process any claims for exchanges or refunds, even if the items have been mailed back to us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Provide the reason for the refund and include photos or videos of the product.
- We will verify the request after receiving your email.
- Once approved, we will send you an email with refund instructions.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 3 natural days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Delays may occur depending on your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at service@eomlight.com.
Return and Refund Costs
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer-Related Reasons
If the return or exchange is initiated for customer-related reasons (e.g., wrong style/color selected, change of mind), the following applies:
- When Returning:
- Refund Amount: 100% of the product amount.
- Return Shipping Fee: Covered by the customer.
- When Exchanging:
- Return Shipping Fee: Covered by the customer.
- Re-shipment Fee: Covered by the customer.
