Our Operations
- Factory & Warehouses: Our factory is located in China, and our primary warehouse is also in China. Additionally, we maintain inventory in the United States to ensure faster delivery for our customers in the region.
- Shipping Method: We primarily use air transport to ship your orders. Once your package arrives in the destination country, it is handed over to local couriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) for final delivery to your address.
Transportation Time
The total delivery time consists of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
1. Processing Time: 1-5 Business Days
During this period, our team carefully checks, packs, and prepares your order for shipment. This includes:
- Verifying the items to ensure accuracy.
- Conducting strict quality control tests.
- Securely packaging your items to prevent damage during transit.
Important Notes:
- Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT+8) China Standard Time, Monday to Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time: 7-10 Business Days
Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our trusted logistics partners for delivery. The shipping time may vary depending on your location and the carrier's schedule.
Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
This means it will take approximately 8-15 business days to receive your package after completing your order payment. (Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.)
Mode of Transport and Cost
- Small Packages: For smaller items, we primarily use USPS, FedEx, or UPS. These carriers are known for their reliability and efficiency in delivering packages within the estimated time frame.
- Large Items: For bulk orders or larger items, we collaborate with major freight forwarders. Due to the size and weight of these items, delivery may take longer compared to small packages.
Shipping Cost:
All products in our store are eligible for free shipping. The price you see at checkout is the final price, with no additional charges.
About Taxation
- Eomlight does not charge any taxes or fees at the time of purchase. However, some countries or regions may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon the arrival of your package. These charges are determined by your local government and are beyond our control.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges that may apply to your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you can easily track its progress:
- Tracking Number: After shipment, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. You can also find it in your order status on our website.
- Tracking Website: Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to get real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, severe weather conditions, or logistical challenges. If your package is delayed, we appreciate your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we are monitoring the situation and will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours of placing it by replying to your order confirmation email.
- Cancellations are also possible as long as the products have not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
